💡 Note: This is a comprehensive list of all icons in the RIVET application. Permission levels set by the Admin(s) of your organization will determine the visibility of some of these icons.

Glossary of Terms
Modal - A web page element that displays in front of and deactivates all other page content.
Paint - The act of clicking and dragging the cursor in the Gantt Chart to update schedules and/or absences.
Expand - To expand a drawer so that the information becomes visible.
Collapse - To hide the contents of a drawer so that the main RIVET navigation is accessible.

Schedule Builder Icon - Opens the Schedule Builder (anywhere you see these 3 lines with a plus sign, it will open the Schedule Builder)
Dashboard View - Navigates to the Labor Demand Dashboard View
Labor Need View - Navigates to the Labor Need View
Roster View - Navigates to the Roster View
Maps View - Navigates to the Map View
Jobs View - Navigates to the Jobs View
Workforce View - Navigates to the Workforce View
Action Log - Opens the Action Log
Labor Updates - Opens the Labor Updates Log
Employee Bench - Opens the Employee Bench
Notifications Bell - Navigates to the Notifications Home Page
Messages - Opens the Message Center drop down

Schedule Builder - Opens the Schedule Builder drawer
Add Labor Request - Opens the Labor Requests modal
Share Roster - Opens a message populated with the Job's roster information
Message Crew - Opens a message to be sent to the Crew on the Job
See Crew On Table - Navigates to the Workforce Table View showing the crew on this job
Empty Comment Icon - Leave a comment on the Job
Filled Comment - Indicates that a comment has been left on the job
Print - Save as PDF
Card Content - Customize the content of the Job Cards on the Roster Board
Roster Report Icons
Export - Export the report to PDF or CSV
Scheduled Workers - Represents the max amount of workers on the job this week
Schedule Builder Icon - Opens the Schedule Builder
Share Job Roster - Opens a message populated with this Job's roster information
Message Crew - Opens a message to be sent to the Crew on the Job
Row Height - Adjust the height of the rows
Map Icons
Jobs - View Jobs on the Map
Job Chip - Indicates a Job on the Map. The number inside the chip is how many workers are at the job site on a given day
Job Chip (Multiple Jobs) - Indicates 2 or more jobs within close proximity
Job Pages - Navigates to the Job's Pages
Edit Job - Opens the Edit Job modal
Workers - View Workers on the Map
View Worker Profile - Navigates to the worker's Profile
Edit Worker - Opens the Edit Worker modal
Schedule Worker - Opens the Schedule Builder
Target Worker - Targets the worker on the Map
Worker Chip - Indicates a Worker on the Map. The letters in the chip are the initials of the worker's role
Multiple Workers - Indicates 2 or more workers within close proximity
Jobs Table Icons
Edit Job - Opens the Edit Job modal
Job Pages - Navigates to the Job's Pages
Export - Export to CSV or PDF
Columns - Opens menu to choose which columns to display
Row Height - Choose the height of the rows (thick, medium and slim view). When saving views, the height is included.
Job Baseball Card Icons
Empty Comment - Indicates that a comment has not been left on the job this week
Filled Comment - Indicates that a comment has been left on the job this week
Labor Hours Scheduled - How many labor hours have been scheduled in RIVET
Labor Budget Used - Labor Hours Scheduled vs Total Labor Budget
Schedule - Days elapsed from Start Date to Target End Date
Schedule Builder Icon - Opens the Schedule Builder
Job Pages- Navigates to the Job's Pages
Edit Job - Opens the Edit Job modal
Assign Workers to Job - Opens the Edit Job Modal to the Assign page
Job Schedule - View job on Jobs Schedule view
Copy - Copies this field to the clipboard
Job Location - Navigates to the Map View centered on this job
Jobs Schedule Icons
Surplus Forecast Badge - Indicates more workers scheduled than forecasted
Deficit Forecast Badge - Indicates less workers scheduled than forecasted
Labor Requests Badge - Indicates an open Labor Request is scheduled on the job this day
Overdue Request - Indicates a Labor Request with a start date before today's date
Schedule Builder Icon - Opens the Schedule Builder
From Labor Request Chip
Add Worker - Opens the Add Worker Modal
Edit Request - Opens the Edit Labor Request Modal
Deny Request (recoverable) - Deny Labor Request and archive
Delete Request (unrecoverable) - Permanently deletes Labor Request
Jobs Forecast Icons
Saved Changes - Indicates all changes have been saved in RIVET
Draft - Unpublished changes have been made to the Forecast
Export - Export the Forecast as a CSV file
Forecast Actions (hover over Job Title) - Menu including Forecast Builder and other options
Mark Last Updated As Today - Manually mark last updated as today
Cell Actions (hover over individual Forecast cell) - Menu with actions for individual Forecast cell

Employee ID - Displays employee's ID number
Copy - Copy this field to clip board
Certification Active - Certification not expiring in the next 14 days
Certification Nearing Expiration - Certification expiring in the next 14 days
Expired Certification - Certification with past due expiration date
View Certification - If a picture of the cert has been attached, this opens the picture
Profile - Access Worker Profile
Edit Worker - Opens the Edit Worker Modal
Schedule Builder Icon - Open Schedule Builder
Flag For Transfer - Flag this worker for transfer
Mark Absent (single day) - Mark this worker absent today
Workforce Schedule Icons
Paint Schedule Segment - Allows you to paint schedule segments on the Workforce Schedule
Delete Schedule Segment - Allows you to delete schedule segments on the Workforce Schedule
Transfer Worker - Allows you to transfer a worker on the Workforce Schedule
Schedule Conflict - Worker scheduled on more than one job in the future
Planned Absence - Worker has planned absence scheduled today
Unplanned Absence - Worker has unplanned absence scheduled today
Labor Need Table Icons
Low Confidence Recommendation - The job's forecast is stale or the duration is less than 14 days
Overdue Request - Indicates a Labor Request with a start date before today's date
Export - Export Labor Requests Table as a CSV file
Sort Ascending (hover over column header) - Sort a column by first to last value
Sort Descending (hover over column header) - Sort a column by last to first value
Column Options - Menu with actions for individual Table column
