Low Confidence Due to Stale Forecast
Admin users will set the Stale Forecast Threshold in Manage Organization.
If a job's forecast hasn't been updated within that timeframe, the role recommendations will be flagged as low confidence.
To resolve this issue and remove the low confidence flag, the job's forecast must be made current.
After reviewing the existing forecast, if changes have been made, publishing the new forecast will remove the low confidence flag.
If no changes have been made to the forecast, mark the forecast "last updated as today" by following the instructions below.
Navigate to the Labor Planning Homepage for the job in question
Click 'Open Job Plan' in the upper right
Click 'Mark last updated as today'
The low confidence flag will be removed from the recommendation
Low Confidence Due to Short Duration
When the scheduled duration of a recommendation is less than 14 days, RIVET will flag the recommendation as low confidence.
For longer term jobs, it's usually best practice to extend the schedule of a current worker at the job site instead of transferring labor.
The call to action for a job manager is to review the job's forecast and smooth out any one week spikes.
If the recommendation is valid but needs to be a certain skilled worker, replace the recommendation with a Labor Request, detailing the specific role required.
