Invite Individual Worker From Profile
Click the name of the worker to access the Worker Baseball Card
Click the icon in the bottom left to access their Profile
Click Send Invite
💡 Note: To be invited to the RIVET platform, worker profiles need to be complete with an email address.
Bulk Invite Workers From Workforce Table
Navigate to the Workforce Table View
Check the box next to the worker's names you'd like to invite to RIVET.
Click 'Bulk Actions' above the left side of the table
Select "Invite To RIVET"
Invite by SMS Text, Email or both
Click send

Invite All Workers From Manage Organization
Admin users navigate to Manage Organization
Select Invite all employees to Rivet
Choose to send the invite as a text, email or both
Click send
