Tip: Create multiple saved views to quickly grab data for different scenarios.


Views Drop Down

From any view in RIVET, access the Views drop down in the upper left

Your Saved Views will be listed in the drop down

Favorite View ♥

Your 'Favorite View' will be the default layout every time you land on that page

To favorite a view, click the heart next to the view's name in the 'Views' drop down

Tip: To unfavorite a view, click the heart next to the name to unselect it.

Labor Need Table

1. Use the Sort and Filter Bar to segment the data

2. Use the Group By menu or Columns menu to customize how the data is displayed

3. Access the Views menu in the upper left

4. Select 'Save as New View'

5. Name your custom view 

6. Click Save

Roster Board

  1. Navigate to the Roster Board View
  2. Utilize the Sort and Filter bar to customize your data set
  3. Select/deselect items from the 'Card Content' menu in the upper right
  4. Configure the 'Job Display By' and 'Worker View By' drop downs 
  5. Click the 'Views' drop down in the upper left
  6. Select 'Save as New View'
  7. Name your View
  8. Click save

Roster Report

  1. Navigate to the Roster Report
  2. Utilize the Sort and Filter bar to customize your data set
  3. View By, Group By, Report Type are all customizable and savable
  4. Select the row height on the right side
  5. Use the 'Columns' menu to dictate what data is displayed in the report
  6. Click the 'Views' drop down in the upper left
  7. Select 'Save as New View'
  8. Name your View
  9. Click save

Map

  1. Navigate to the Map view
  2. Utilize the Sort and Filter bar to customize your data set
  3. Click the 'Views' drop down in the upper left
  4. Select 'Save as New View'
  5. Name your View
  6. Click save

Jobs Schedule

  1. Navigate to the Jobs Schedule
  2. Utilize the Sort and Filter bar to customize your data set
  3. Select from the 'View By' and 'Group By' menus 
  4. Click 'Content' on the right to choose which badges to display
  5. Select a zoom level. Week, Month or Quarter
  6. Click the 'Views' drop down in the upper left
  7. Select 'Save as New View'
  8. Name your View
  9. Click save

Jobs Table

  1. Navigate to the Jobs Table
  2. Utilize the Sort and Filter bar to customize your data set
  3. Use the 'Group By' drop down to choose how your data is displayed
  4. Click 'Columns' to fine tune your view
  5. Select the row height from the right hand side of the page
  6. Click the 'Views' drop down in the upper left
  7. Select 'Save as New View'
  8. Name your View
  9. Click save

Jobs Forecast

  1. Navigate to the Jobs Forecast
  2. Utilize the Sort and Filter bar to customize your data set
  3. Select from the 'View By' and 'Group By' drop downs
  4. Select 'Standard' or 'Clean' from the Cells drop down
  5. View Data by Week or Day
  6. Choose to calculate by Workers (Max), Workers (Average) or Hours
  7. Click the 'Views' drop down in the upper left
  8. Select 'Save as New View'
  9. Name your View
  10. Click save

Workforce Schedule

  1. Navigate to the Workforce Schedule
  2. Utilize the Sort and Filter bar to customize your data set
  3. Access the 'View By' drop down and choose your preference
  4. On the right side, set your zoom to Week, Month or Quarter
  5. Click the 'Views' drop down in the upper left
  6. Select 'Save as New View'
  7. Name your View
  8. Click save

  1. Navigate to the Workforce Table
  2. Utilize the Sort and Filter bar to customize your data set
  3. Access the 'Group By' drop down, upper right
  4. Click 'Columns' to fine tune your view
  5. Depict row height from the right hand side
  6. Click the 'Views' drop down in the upper left
  7. Select 'Save as New View'
  8. Name your View
  9. Click save
