The Labor Demand Dashboard offers customizable Labor Demand Charts that are shareable amongst your organization.
The Dashboard in RIVET has three separate Views. "Labor Demand", "Summary" and "Chart Library." You can navigate between them at the top of the page.
Chart Library
The Chart Library is where users will create new custom Labor Demand Charts. To create a new chart, click on "Add New Shared Chart" in the upper left.
Choose a name for your new shared chart and customize the parameters.
(Note: The 'groups' within your company are comprised of Display Groups which are your organizations custom tags attached to certain jobs. More information on Tags here.)
💡 Note: If you have Organization Groups enabled in your organization, the 'Groups' listed when editing a shared chart are defined in Manage Organization under 'Organization Groups'.
Once a chart is created, you can choose to bookmark that chart to your Labor Demand Dashboard
Labor Demand
The Labor Demand view is where you can access all of the custom charts that you've bookmarked to the Labor Demand Dashboard.
If a custom chart includes jobs in the Prospective jobs bucket. Those can be viewed by clicking on Prospective Jobs in the upper right of the chart.
Clicking on the kabab menu in the upper right of a chart will open a drop down with additional options.
There is a Labor Demand Audit in the lower left of the Labor Dashboard. This will provide links to the Jobs Forecast page.
Summary
The Summary page of the Labor Demand Dashboard gives you a high level view of your entire organization. View up to 24 months in the past or 24 months into the future.
