Create Single Job

💡 Note: Creating jobs is a permission protected action in RIVET. If you're unable to add jobs and believe you should have this ability, reach out to the RIVET admin at your organization to adjust your permission level.

Hover over Jobs on the left side navigation

Click the plus sign icon that appears to the right of Jobs

The minimum requirements to create a job are:

Job Site Name

Job Status

Additional information may be required to utilize additional RIVET features


Create Multiple Jobs Manually

💡 Note: Creating Jobs is a permission protected action in RIVET. If you're unable to add jobs and believe you should have this ability, reach out to the RIVET admin at your organization to adjust your permission level.

Navigate to the Jobs View

Click the drop down arrow next to Create Job in the upper right

Select Create or Update Multiple Jobs

Enter the jobs information

Click Continue in the bottom right

When all the information has been entered click Finish to save your changes 


Create Multiple Jobs with CSV

Navigate to the Jobs View

Click the drop down arrow next to Create Job in the upper right

Select Create or Update Multiple Jobs

Click to download the CSV Template

Fill out template with desired information

Save your changes

Click Upload CSV in RIVET's Bulk Editor

Map the columns in the CSV to the fields in RIVET (RIVET will attempt to do this automatically)

Follow the prompts and click Finish when completed
