The Workforce Schedule View is located under Workforce in the left side Navigation Menu

Expand Worker

  1. Click the dropdown arrow next to a worker’s name to expand their card. 
  2. Click the dropdown arrow next to absences to view their absences and absence types. Click the arrow again to collapse this list. 
  3. Click the dropdown arrow next to Job History to see this worker's job history. Click the arrow again to collapse this list. 
  4. Hover to the right of "Jobs" then click on "Add Job". Search the job you'd like add this worker to then click on that job.

πŸ’‘ Note: Depending on your account settings in Manage Organization, when a worker hasn't been scheduled on a job for a significant amount of time, RIVET may automatically hide that assignment or unassign the worker for you. Refer to the  Stale Jobs article for more information.

Cursor Tools

The Cursor Tool changes the action your cursor performs in the Gantt Chart

  • The Plus Sign will paint schedules when you click and drag in the Gantt
  • The Trash icon will delete schedules when you click and drag in the Gantt
  • The Double Arrow icon will transfer a worker through a date range when you click and drag

  • Use the "View By" option in the top left corner of the table to sort how your workers are displayed.

Zoom

  • Configure the zoom level to fit your needs
  • Zoom level is captured with the Saved Views feature
