Worker Baseball Card

What information can I find on a worker's Baseball Card?

RIVET's Design team has managed to fit a lot of information in a condensed space. Below is a breakdown of the Worker Baseball Card in RIVET.

1. Worker Information - Shows the worker's profile picture, name, default role, employment status and current absence type (if applicable). Labor Rate is shown in this section as well (note: Labor Rate is a permission protected field and only those with access are able to view this number).

2. Worker Schedule - The worker's schedule for the current week is displayed. Toggle to future or past weeks by clicking the left/right arrows. If a worker is scheduled to multiple jobs in a week, each job will be displayed. (Related: How to change a worker's role on a specific job.)


3. Contact Information/Employee ID - Phone, email and Employee ID. You can copy this information by clicking the 'pages' icon.


4. Tags - Any tags attached to the worker will show in this field. (Note: Tags are permission protected in RIVET. Only users with access will see this field).


5. Certifications - Any certifications that have been bookmarked to the worker's Baseball Card will show in this section. Their expiration date will be displayed if applicable.


6. Action Buttons - From left to right: View Profile, Edit, Build Schedule, Flag For Transfer, Mark Absent.
