When a worker hasn't been scheduled on a job for a significant amount of time, RIVET will automatically hide that assignment or unassign the worker for you.
Admin users can navigate to Manage Organization to access the Stale Jobs Feature
Select the number of weeks or months that lapse before a job assignment is deemed stale.
Note: The longer it takes for a job assignment to become stale, the less effective this feature will be on optimizing app performance and automatically decluttering your Workforce Schedule view.
Choose whether workers will be automatically unassigned from stale jobs or if the stale jobs will be housed in a separate bucket on the Workforce Schedule view.
If you choose to hide stale job assignments, those will be stored in the Stale Jobs bucket on the Workforce Schedule view.
Bulk Unassign
- If the user chooses for the Stale Job Assignments to be hidden, they're able to bulk unassign a worker from multiple jobs simultaneously.
- Expanding a Worker Card of the Workforce Schedule view and clicking Unassign will access a confirmation modal where the user can confirm their selection.
Action Log
- If the user chooses for RIVET to automatically unassign workers that haven't been scheduled to a job within a certain duration, that move will be tracked in the Action Log.
- When RIVET automatically unassigns workers from jobs, in the Action Log this move is tracked as being made by Rosie.
