Beta Disclaimer
- In order to have the Scopes feature turned on in your RIVET account you'll need to reach out to your RIVET Account Manager.
- If your organization uses an active integration with your source system to collect job data in RIVET there may need to be an additional configuration built by our developers before the Scopes feature is enabled.
Language Around RIVET Scopes
Contract: In RIVET, the overarching entity that houses scopes within it is called a Contract. Synonyms: "Site", "Campus", "Umbrella Job".
Scope: A number of entities that make up a Contract. Labor is scheduled to each Scope and the counts are rolled up to the Contract level.
Synonyms: "Phases", "Divisions", "Labor Sources".
Navigation

- Navigate to Setup
- Click the "Create Scopes" button
- Create as many Scopes as you need to accurately allocate labor
💡 Note: When you delete all the Scopes within a Contract, the Contract ceases to exist and is reverted back to a Job.
Group By
