Phases and Milestones

- Navigate to the Jobs Schedule View

- Click next to the name of a job to expand the job card

- Click Manage Phases

- Create a project phase with a start and end date

- Take notes on the phase and add hours and/or percent complete

- The Phase will be displayed throughout time on the Gatt Chart

- Milestones are created on a single date

- Add a title and notes to the Milestone

- The Milestone will be displayed as a marker on the Gantt Chart
