Navigation

  • Click the settings gear icon in the upper right to navigate to Manage Organization
  • Click Staff Users on the left side navigation

Add Staff User

  • Click Add in the upper right
  • All information is required to enter a staff user into RIVET
  • Click save before exiting the page

Back Office Staff vs Scheduled Worker

  • Each role in RIVET is designated as Scheduled Worker or Back Office Staff
  • Only Scheduled Workers will be displayed on the Workforce Table by default
  • Using the Sort and Filter bar on the Workforce Table you're able to toggle on Back Office Staff

💡 Note: To designate whether a role is a Scheduled Worker or Back Office Staff navigate to Roles and Permissions in Manage Organization.
