Chat with Rosie connects you with a member of RIVET's Customer Success team.
- Select Chat With Rosie from the left-side navigation.
- Click in the text box to start chatting.
- Response time is usually within a few minutes during business hours.
(Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST).
- After-hour requests are handled as soon as possible the next business day.
