How do I use in-app live chat?
The In-App Live Chat with Rosie connects you with a member of RIVET's Customer Success team.
Select Chat With Rosie from the bottom of the left-side Navigation Drawer.
Rosie, RIVET’s Digital Assistant, opens in the bottom left corner of the screen.
Simply click in the text box to start chatting.
RIVET’s Customer Success team is on standby, responding to questions during business hours. After hour requests are handled as soon as possible.
