How do I use in-app live chat?
The In-App Live Chat with Rosie gives you the support you need within RIVET without having to send an email or make a direct phone call. Rosie directly connects you with the RIVET team to troubleshoot in real-time.
1. Select Help from the bottom of the left-side Navigation Drawer.
2. Rosie, RIVET’s Digital Assistant, opens in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Simply click on her icon and start chatting.
RIVET’s Customer Success team is on standby, responding to questions during business hours. After hours requests are handled as soon as possible.
