Navigate to the Labor Need Table
- Navigate to Labor Need on the left side menu
- Navigate to Table from the left side navigation
Recommendations Menu
- Click Recommendations in the upper right
- Toggle on/off recommendations
- Define the Recommendations Timeframe
Request Labor Button
- Navigate to the Labor Need Table
- Click Request Labor in the upper right
- Select a job from the drop down,
- Select the amount of, and role type of labor required
- Chose "until the end of the job" from the drop down to request labor indefinitely
- Or, choose "for a set duration" to depict a start and end date for this request
- Choose the Labor Source from the drop down
- If it's known who the worker will report to, choose them from the drop down
- Add any additional notes or use a Labor Request Template to populate this field
🏆 Tip: Scroll to the bottom of the modal to add a Labor Request for a different role.
Quick Grouping Buttons
- Navigate to Labor Need Table
- There are three Quick Grouping buttons above the table on the right
- Group requests by Recent Requests, By Start Date, or By Job
'Group By' Drop Down
- Navigate to Labor Need Table
- Right side, above the table, click to access the 'Group By' drop down
- Chose how to group the contents of the Labor Need Table
Grouping Actions
- Navigate to the Labor Need Table
- Use the Quick Group buttons or the Group By drop down to group the data
- 'Grouping Actions' will appear above the table on the left side
↑ Back to topUngroup - Clear the current grouping
Collapse All - Roll up the data under the header of each group
Expand All - Expand the data table under the header of each group
'Request Status' Drop Down
- Navigate to the Labor Need Table
- Under the column 'Request Status', click to access the status drop down
- Change the status of the Labor Request from the drop down
