What do I do if I forget my password?
If you forgot your RIVET account password, it’s very simple to reset it.

To reset your password, you will need the email address or phone number associated with your RIVET account. Once you have obtained your email address or phone number, follow the below steps:
1. Go to https://app.rivet.work/ and begin the reset process by clicking “Forgot my password”.
2. You will be prompted to enter the email address or phone number associated with your account.
3. Upon entering your details, you will receive both an email and a text message with a special link.
4. On either device, follow the link. You will be presented with a form. Enter the same email address or phone number and enter your new password.
Congratulations! You have now regained access to your RIVET account.
