If you need to report a bug, you can reach out to our team in- app or send an email to support@rivet.work.
To reach out in-app, you can send us message by selecting Chat with Rosie from the navigation menu. This option opens up a live chat with our team and we typically reply within a few minutes. Please note, if you reach out after business hours you can expect a reply within the next 24 hours.
The other option to report a bug is by selecting Help from the navigation menu. You will then select Report a Bug. This will open a message where you can describe the issue and submit directly to the team.
Tip: When reporting a bug, include as many details as possible. Which view this bug occurred in, what time you noticed the bug. Screenshots and screen recordings are also helpful.
