Add RIVET as an icon on phone or tablet

How do I add RIVET as an icon on my phone?

For Android:

Open Chrome.
Go to app.rivet.work.

Tap the three does in the upper right-hand corner.

Tap Add to Home Screen from the drop down menu.
Label the shortcut RIVET

For iPhone or iPad:

Open Safari.
Type app.rivet.work into the browser.
Tap the square icon with the arrow pointing up.
Select Add to Home Screen.
Select Add again to confirm.
