Navigation
The Cursor Tool is located on the Jobs Schedule view as well as the Workforce Schedule View.
Navigate between these views using the navigation menu on the left side.
The Cursor Tool is located above the Gantt chart on the right side.
💡 Note: The functionality of the Cursor Tool is identical on the Jobs Schedule and Workforce Schedule.
Paint Tool
Click the + Cursor Tool to access the Paint function.
Click and drag in the Gantt chart to add additional schedule segments on a job
When dragging over multiple weeks, the job's default schedule will be respected
🏆 Tip: Use the Paint Cursor in conjunction with the Zoom level to paint on longer term schedules.
Transfer Tool
The Transfer Cursor icon is two arrows
To transfer a worker to another job select the Transfer Cursor then click and drag in the Gantt
If the user paints a transfer for more than one week the default job schedule will be respected.
🏆 Tip: Use the Transfer Cursor in conjunction with the Zoom level to paint on longer term schedules.
Delete Tool
The Delete Cursor's icon is a trash can.
Click and drag in the Gantt to clear worker schedules.
When you click and drag across multiple weeks all schedule segments within your selection will be cleared.
The user has to confirm this clearing action before RIVET will remove the deleted schedule segments.
