What is API Access in Manage Org?
Note: API stands for Application Programming Interface. In its simplest terms, an Application Programming Interface is a way for two computer programs to communicate with each other.
Customers with an Admin permission level and an active integration with an accounting or ERP platform will be able to access the API page in Manage Organization. This will display the health of their integration.
They'll receive a detailed report on the last 10 times their integration ran from their source system, the result of those data transfers and a list of updates that were made to their RIVET database.
Tip: The Transaction ID is unique for each data transfer and can be used when troubleshooting the integration with a member of RIVET's Customer Success team.
