Acknowledge / Reply to Dispatch

Field teams can now acknowledge or reply to dispatch messages from the back office, even if they are not RIVET platform users.

  1. Schedule or transfer your desired worker using your preferred workflow via the Schedule Builder or painting.
  2. Send out schedule changes with a dispatch message to the worker(s), field leaders, and or project team.
  3. The field recipient will receive a text message with the option to acknowledge and or reply.

Tip: Select the envelope icon to navigate to your inbox. Click on your Sent messages to view whether your message was seen and or acknowledged. The field can also acknowledge/reply any message sent from the message center.
