Field teams can now acknowledge or reply to dispatch messages from the back office, even if they are not RIVET platform users.
- Schedule or transfer your desired worker using your preferred workflow via the Schedule Builder or painting.
- Send out schedule changes with a dispatch message to the worker(s), field leaders, and or project team.
- The field recipient will receive a text message with the option to acknowledge and or reply.
Tip: Select the envelope icon to navigate to your inbox. Click on your Sent messages to view whether your message was seen and or acknowledged. The field can also acknowledge/reply any message sent from the message center.
