8.24.26 Release Notes

Product Improvements, Bug Fixes

Product Improvements

  • The worker baseball card now displays the hire date in the Details section, so you can see when a worker was hired at a glance.
  • Workers can now be configured to have their email, phone, and tags cleared when the integration source data contains blank values, instead of leaving stale information in place.

Bug Fixes

  • Certification rows now properly validate that you've selected a certification and entered valid dates before saving, and you'll see clear error messages on any rows that need fixes.
  • Users can no longer create, delete, or duplicate Labor Demand charts without the proper dashboard editing permission, protecting your dashboards from unauthorized changes.
  • Clicking an already-active saved organization group view now restores it to its saved state, clearing any unsaved changes you may have made.
  • Tags now stay selected when you create new ones while editing a job, instead of disappearing after you create the second tag.
  • Worker name ordering (First Last or Last, First) now displays correctly throughout the application, including in the Map side-drawer and worker cards.
  • The api.rivet.work endpoint now accepts larger request payloads up to 15 MB, allowing integrations to successfully POST bulk data without size limit errors.
  • When you save a worker with an invalid certification date, the system now blocks the save and shows you an error message so the date can be corrected before the changes are applied.
  • The Labor Demand dashboard now correctly shows the current week when you access it on a Sunday, instead of defaulting to the following week.
  • The flag icon now appears instantly when you flag a worker for transfer, without waiting for the full worker list to refresh.
  • The Dashboard's 30-day look ahead now correctly includes today's data on Sundays and uses consistent week boundaries across all days of the week.
  • The Active Roster on the Jobs Schedule view now displays all roles that have workers with actual schedules assigned even if their current role is non-schedulable.
  • Your saved roster report view now maintains the report type you selected, so it returns to the correct Day, Week, or Two-Week view when you refresh the page.
  • Collapsing all groups in the Jobs Table now stays collapsed when you sort, search, or refresh the data.
  • Workforce Schedule now displays roles in the order you configured in Manage Organization instead of sorting them alphabetically.
  • Active users who work across multiple organizations now display their correct login status instead of incorrectly showing "Never Logged In" in the Workforce Table > Account Status column.
  • Changing a worker's role now preserves their profile information like address, emergency contact, and other details instead of clearing them.
  • Worker role changes now immediately reflect in roster chips and workforce lists without requiring a manual refresh.
