Product Improvements
Net Worker Capacity Line
- Shows net worker capacity as a new line on the labor demand dashboard chart for organizations with org groups.
- Net worker capacity is the difference of your group(s) active workers (from the chart settings) + loaned in workers - loaned out workers and is a more accurate line to plan to in the near term than your active worker line.
Scheduled Worker Fallback If No Actuals On Labor Consumption Chart
.png?width=670&height=268&name=Image%20(39).png)
- If Job Actuals are not ingested from your ERP software via an integration and/or have not been manually entered into RIVET, the "Cumulative Scheduled Hours" will be used on the Labor Consumption chart on the Labor Planning Homepage.
- The "Cumulative Scheduled Hours" will indicate all the hours that have been scheduled in RIVET up until yesterday.
Resource Center Moved to Lower Left of Main Navigation
- The Resource Center (previously on the right side of the RIVET application) has been moved and housed in the lower left "Help & Resources" menu.
- Release Notes, Resource Center, RIVET Basics, How To Clear Your Browser's Cache, Submit a Bug, and Share Product Feedback are all options in the new "Help & Resources" menu.
Bug Fixes
- Corrected sorting on the jobs schedule when filtered to individual scopes within a contract
- Removed non-actionable error toasts
- Job status changes made from a baseball card now sync to the job row on the forecast page
- CSV exports from the Roster Report now retain all columns from the view
- Worker addresses are now hidden on the Map view from users without View worker address permissions
- Fixed broken Rosie image logo in notification emails
- Fixed issue with notification badges persisting after notification is read
- Job History on Worker Profile is now sorted by Schedule Start Date
- When scheduling a short date range (7 days or fewer), the days you pick are included by default even if they fall outside the job's default schedule template. Previously, scheduling someone Thursday→Saturday on a Mon–Fri job would silently drop Saturday with no warning.
- Fixed Jobs Schedule worker counts showing 0 for users assigned to a job in a different org-group than their own; the total now matches the scheduled workers shown in the rows.
