Product Improvements

• Job schedule start times consolidated in the dispatch template. 

Bug Fixes

• Resolved an issue where forecasts on Sunday-to-Saturday projects allocated only half the intended hours.
• Labor Need tab no longer undercounts recommendations after a labor request is denied.
• Loaned-out workers no longer appear as unscheduled on the Baseball Card when filtering to a single org group.
• Certifications filter dropdown no longer extends past the bottom of the viewport.
• Workers with "View all Jobs" disabled now only see the scopes they're assigned to on the Job homepage, rather than all scopes within the contract.
• On a Job's Setup page, changing the Organization Group will now enable the "Save" button.
• Fixed an issue where searching for a worker and then assigned them a new permission set would not reflect the change in the UI.
• Fixed alignment issues on the Map page.
• Resolved a Gantt bar alignment issue the Jobs Schedule for certain users. 
• Fixed an issue where the Job start time was not accurately reflecting on the Roster Board and Job Baseball Card.
