Bug Fixes, Product Improvements
Bug Fixes
- The dispatch recipient warning message now displays with correct punctuation.
- Your unsaved job edits now remain intact when you edit roles in the project team section of the Update Job drawer.
- Messages that fail to send before reaching any recipients now return to your Drafts folder so you can retry them instead of being lost.
- Worker schedules that extend past a job's end date now clear automatically when you move the end date earlier.
- The hour input fields in the Schedule Builder now display validation messages to help you correct invalid entries.
- Termination notifications in Labor Updates drawer now display the actual reason for the termination instead of showing "nullnull.
- Completed jobs now display their names correctly on Labor Updates drawer and transfer links instead of appearing blank or as "N/A".
- You can now search for workers in Labor Updates drawer by their full name, and the search results will display correctly instead of returning no matches.
- One-day absences now appear correctly in Labor Updates drawer regardless of which US time zone you're in when you enter them.
- When you mark a worker absent on a job, their row in the Labor Updates drawer now displays the specific role they hold for that job instead of their general profile role.
- The Schedule Builder now requires you to enter a shift length for weekend days before continuing, preventing incomplete schedules from being saved.
- You can now proceed with scheduling in the Schedule Builder only after selecting at least one day for each worker.
- Multi-week weekend work schedules in the Schedule Builder now group days into proper seven-day weeks without overlap, and clearing conflicts only affects the specific week you're working with.
- The Schedule Builder now properly validates end dates and shows clear error messages when an end date is before the start date or invalid, instead of silently changing the date.
- The Flagged for Transfer tab in Employee Bench now shows all flagged workers regardless of which filters you have applied on the page you launched the bench from.
- The Manage Organization interface and Workforce Table CSV export now display correct spelling in error messages, dialog titles, and certification expiration status.
Product Improvements
- Certification numbers can now be mapped during integration setup, edited in the workforce certifications table, and viewed on worker profiles, roster cards, exports, and the expiring certification report.
- You can now open a partly sent dispatch in the Dispatch Composer to continue editing and sending the unsent tabs.
- The Project Team and Field Leaders buttons in dispatch messages now show tables only for the job being scheduled, with each table clearly labeled with the job name.
- Administrators can now set organization-wide defaults for dispatch channels and recipients in Manage Organization, so new dispatches automatically open with those preferred settings.
- Administrators can now enable end dates to appear in Standard dispatches through a new setting in Manage Organization.
- The Roster Board now loads job cards efficiently as you expand sections and scroll, with grouped sections collapsed by default and cards loading in batches for faster performance.
